We are a Dubai road carrier running our own fleet across the seven emirates. When we hire, we hire people who take the load as seriously as the customer does.
We are recruiting heavy vehicle drivers now for our lanes across the seven emirates. It is the role we are most selective about, so read the requirements below before you send your CV.
We are an owner-operated road carrier, not a broker.
Teams are small enough that everyone knows each other by name.
We work across all seven emirates, from port collections to site deliveries, so the work is varied and the routes change rather than being the same city loop every day.
Alongside driving, these are the areas a vacancy usually opens in.
This vacancy is open now. Drivers are the role we recruit for hardest and the one we are most selective about, because our trucks carry other people's businesses and the driver decides whether that load arrives on time and in one piece. We would rather run a vehicle short than put the wrong person behind the wheel.
Planning loads, assigning vehicles and staying with a consignment from booking to proof of delivery.
OperationsKeeping an owned fleet on the road, from scheduled servicing to roadside support.
FleetSecuring, lashing and checking cargo so it travels the way it was loaded.
YardInvoicing, documentation and the paperwork behind every consignment we move.
OfficeQuoting lanes, opening accounts and looking after the shippers who rely on us.
CommercialWe are a road carrier that owns and maintains its own trucks.
Experience helps, but the four things below matter more to us than a long CV.
For driving roles, a valid UAE licence for the vehicle class and a clean record matter more than years on paper.
People who know the UAE lanes, the ports, the free zones and the depots save everyone time.
We call ahead when something changes. That only works with people who raise a problem early instead of hiding it.
Every consignment belongs to a business waiting at the other end. We look for people who handle it that way.
These apply to every person we take on.
Role, reporting line and terms are confirmed in writing before your first day. Nothing important is left as a verbal understanding.
We do not put people on vehicle classes they are not licensed or trained for, whatever the pressure on the schedule.
New drivers and coordinators are walked through the lanes, the depots and the delivery sites before running them alone.
You are not sent out in something that should be in the workshop. The fleet is ours and it is maintained on schedule.
Everyone knows who they report to and who to call at two in the morning. No ticket queues internally either.
We never ask an applicant for money for a job, a visa, a licence or training. Any request like that is not from us.
The process is the same whether a role is advertised or you wrote to us speculatively.
Email your CV to careers@naveedasgharshipping.com. For driving roles, state your licence class, the vehicle types you have run and your notice period.

Before your first loadYes. Most of our hiring starts from CVs already on file. A speculative application is read, acknowledged and kept.
No. All of our work is inside the United Arab Emirates. Experience on UAE lanes and a clean record are what matter for this role.

No. We never ask an applicant for payment at any stage. If someone asks you for money using our name, it is not us, and we would like to know about it.
Yes, but tell us which you would prefer. It helps us put your CV in front of the right department head.
Your licence class if you drive, the vehicle or equipment types you have worked with, your notice period and a contact number that reaches you during the day.
We only contact applicants from an @naveedasgharshipping.com address or our published phone number.
